Executive Chef/Owner Anthony Michael
Barr is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy in
San Francisco. After working with owner Danny Wilsner of
Ella’s in San Francisco, Chef Anthony helped open Rigolo
Café with Pascal Rigo, owner of Bay Bread. He then took
the position of Executive Chef at Crystal Springs
Catering where he found his true passion. With over 15
years of experience in the hospitality industry Chef
Anthony decided to venture and start Above & Beyond
Catering.
